Refund Policy

I want you to feel safe when shopping at Treasured Day Spa and I want you to fall in love with the products that you purchase from us!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or you have any concerns, please feel free to email Emma at treasureddayspa@gmail.com and we can chat.

In most cases, I will happily offer a refund or exchange, however we have to have hygiene restrictions in place. If you wish to return your product, it must still be in a saleable condition (unopened, with all packaging and hygiene seal in tact) and returned to me within 14 days of purchase. If the item isn’t in a resealable condition, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please also note that shipping costs cannot be refunded and return of items is at the cost of the purchaser.

It is very unlikely you would receive a faulty item, but a full refund or replacement of the product (if available) will be honoured.

Treasured Day Spa is not responsible for any reactions or irritations a product may cause. Your skin is important to us, so in the rare event that you have an adverse reaction, please contact Emma at treasureddayspa@gmail.com and we can chat about your concerns.
